Charles "Chuck" Conti, PT
Chuck Conti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from The University of Illinois. He received this degree and passed his state boards in 1984. He started his career as a hospital based general physical therapist and has spent the last 18 years in private practice.
Mr. Conti has 25 years experience in orthopaedics and sports medicine. He believes in the patient being a very integral part of an active rehabilitation program. He also believes in keeping the physician well informed of patient progress. Additionally Mr. Conti strongly promotes patient education and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
On a person note Chuck and his family work with the Special Olympics and he enjoys coaching his youngest daughter in cross county and lacrosse. On weekends the family attends many different events with his oldest daughter at
